At CrossFit Whanganui we specialise in coaching.  There is tonnes of information available for free (like our WOD Blog) and we would love to help you by filtering it all down into actionable steps for you to get to your goals the most efficient way.  Our Private coaching service is available for any level athlete looking to improve their health, fitness and overall wellbeing, from experienced competitor to someone trying to get off the couch.

We offer three different timeframes for training each with their own benefits.  Choose sessions based on your needs and timetables, or book to see a coach to discuss your goals and we can help guide you to the session lengths that suit best.  

60 Minute Personal Coaching

$70 per session

These sessions are best for:

  • General fitness on a regular basis
  • Strength and Conditioning together
  • Fitting your workout in around your timetable
  • Spending more time and practice on a particular skill and strength combined
  • Focussed strength work

45 Minute Personal Coaching

$60 per session

These sessions are best for:

  • General fitness on a regular basis
  • Moderate Strength work
  • Busy schedules - get a quick strength and conditioning in a quick shower and back to your day in under an hour
  • Skill work with some conditioning
  • Assessing options for working around an injury 

30 Minute Personal Coaching

$40 per session

These sessions are best for:

  • Working one particular skill
  • A quick conditioning set
  • Mobility work and recovery work
