Our Schedule

We offer a variety of class times throughout the week and all memberships have access to any of the regular CrossFit class times so that you can keep up consistency of training, even when life changes your day to day plans. Our weekday Classes allow enough options to get regular training in and adequate rest and recovery times too. 

Regular CrossFit

Regular CrossFit Classes are one hour and each day has a new workout aimed at increasing your general fitness. Although the workout changes everyday, you can guarantee every class starts with a group warm up, ends with a high five and you leave another workout closer to your goals!

On Ramp

The on ramp course is design to help new members transition smoothly into our regular classes.  During this course we teach you the basics of CrossFit.  This course is required for all new members.  To get started book a ‘No Sweat Intro’ with us first and we will guide you through the best path for you and your goals.   • Kids classes are during School Terms only – limited spaces available
  • Public Holidays one class only at 8.00am to 9.00am
  • Closed Christmas Day and New Years Day

Casual Drop in for Visiting CrossFit Athletes

We love to meet CrossFit travelers too!  Experienced CrossFit athletes only please, you can click the timetable below to book into a class.  Drop in sessions are $20 per class, please pay on arrival, cash or EFTPOS is available.
