How do I join?

We do things a bit different at CrossFit Whanganui.  We want to set you up for success, so we start with a ‘No Sweat Intro’

A ‘No Sweat Intro’ is simply a conversation.  No sweaty workouts to begin with, just a chat about you and your fitness journey.  We discuss any questions that you may have and the best path for your goals. You can have a tour around our gym and find out what goes on at CrossFit.  If you feel this is right for you, then we can get you set up with the next step on your fitness journey.
